Executive Coaching
Every organization needs leadership. Ultimately, the organization will only be as good as this leadership. It is therefore critical that leaders in the organization have constant, reliable, and accurate coaching and support.
You may have never heard of Butch Harmon, because only the most diehard fans will do the research, but Harmon was Tiger Woods Swing Coach. Tiger’s swing under Butch Harmon, with whom he won eight majors from 1997 to 2004, is widely regarded as his best and arguably the greatest in the history of golf.
Or take Robert Bowman, as another example. Bowman is an American swimming coach who is the current head coach of the Arizona State Sun Devils swimming and diving teams of Arizona State University. Bowman is best known as the coach of record-breaking American swimmer Michael Phelps.
Do you think Woods or Phelps would have reached the pinnacle of their sport without their coach’s support? Of course, both athletes have natural ability that has been enhanced through years of training. If leaders are to reach the pinnacle there must be a foundation of natural ability combined with experienced coaching.
My executive coaching sessions are creative experiences designed to address a specific goal or challenge of an individual or team.
How it works:
I work with you in advance of our first meeting to gather as much information as possible and establish the scope of the engagement. I will also assist in defining a logistics plan to bring all participants together. I draw insight from the most prominent and research-validated, creative thinking methods from around the world and offer a set of highly specialized, strategic thinking techniques.
What you’ll gain:
We can also offer:
I can also provide documentation and preparation of meeting deliverable services to capture and organize the outcomes of sessions (images, new ideas/tactics/strategies, new decisions made, action plans created).
Who should have Executive Coaching?
Executives who have a specific challenge or opportunity and are looking to solve pain-points, explore new opportunities, gain efficiencies or create new products/services.
